ME DIRIJO A USTED PARA HACER UN RECLAMO POR LA MUY MALA ATENCION DE PARTE DE LA MUTUAL DE SEGURIDAD , YA QUE EL DIA 12/11/2020 FUI NOTIFICADO DE MI LUGAR DE TRABAJO QUE EI EXAMEN QUE ME REALICE ARROJO POSITIVO PARA COVID , LO CUAL EL MINSAL ME INFORMA QUE LA MUTUAL DEBE OTORGARME LA LICENCIA PASARON LOS DÍAS DE LA CUARENTENA OBLIGATORIA Y SIN NINGÚN LLAMADO TELEFÓNICO POR PARTE DE LA MUTUAL DE SEGURIDAD , VOLVI AL TRABAJO TUVE QUE EMPEZAR A LLAMAR PARA SOLICITAR MI LICENCIA A LO CUAL ME RESPONDE LA MUTUAL QUE TIENE QUE VER SI CALIFICO PARA LA LICENCIA , ENCUENTRO INSÓLITO QUE ELLOS ME CUESTIONEN LA LICENCIA SIENDO QUE EL MINSAL LO DERIVO COMO ENFERMEDAD DE TRABAJO , HOY CON FECHA 17/12/2020 DESPUÉS DE MAS DE 1 MES TODAVIA NO ME CANCELAN MI LICENCIA Y COMO ME DIERON EL ALTA TELEFÓNICAMENTE SOLO PREGUNTÁNDOME SI TENIA ALGÚN SÍNTOMA VOLVÍ AL TRABAJO GATILLANDO PROBLEMAS PARA DORMIR Y CON MUCHA ANGUSTIA, LO CUAL SE LO INFORME A LA MUTUAL SOLICITANDO EVALUÓ CON ALGUN PSICOLOGO DONDE ELLOS ME INDICAN QUE ME LLAMARA UN PROFESIONAL DE LA SALUD LO CUAL NO HE TENIDO RESPUESTA , Y LO NECESITO DE FORMA URGENTE PARA PODER SEGUIR CON MI VIDA NORMAL .
