SE LES INDICO ADEMAS QUE UNA VEZ SE CUENTE CON LOS FINANCIAMIENTO SE HARÁN LAS PUBLICACIONES NECESARIAS PARA DAR INICIO AL ESTUDIO EL QUE DEBERÁ NECESARIAMENTE CONTAR CON UN PROCESO PARTICIPATIVO, EL QUE ENTRE OTROS SE CITARÁ A ACTORES CLAVES, PRIVADOS Y PÚBLICOS, EN DONDE TENDRÁN OLA POSIBILIDAD DE PARTICIPAR Y SOMETER A DISCUSIÓN SU PROYECTO. POR EL MOMENTO EL TERRENO ESTA EN UN SECTOR RURAL POR TANTO DEBERÁ REGIRSE POR LO ESTABLECIDO EN EL DECRETO 3.516 DE 1980 Y POR EL ARTICULO 55º DE LA LEY GENERAL DE URBANISMO Y CONSTRUCCIONES
