MANIFIESTAN QUE LAS DIFERENCIAS DE LAS COMUNIDADES CON EL GOBIERNO NO PUEDEN REPERCUTIR EN SUS PETICIONES. 4.- MANIFIESTAN CONFLICTO CON MINISTROS MINSEGPRES( SR. BLUMEL) Y DESARROLLO SOCIAL (SR. MORENO), PLANTEAR BÚSQUEDA DE SOLUCIONES PARA PODER AVANZAR EN EL ÁMBITO PRODUCTIVO.
